For Veterinary Formula’s first branded e-commerce site, the client wanted to showcase the customized ingredients for each product based on the dog’s sizes and symptoms.
My role was to create a user experience strategy to display natural ingredients on the main page with featured products that lead to the product page. The information on the product page will educate visitors about the customized product which lead to a purchase or subscription.
Based on Google Analytics data, by funneling visitors to the product page, the percentage of impulse purchase will results in higher customers conversion. On the product page, I also added a subscription discount option per the client’s request with value proposition displayed.
