Norton WiFi Privacy

I worked with the product manager and creative director to IMPROVE the product UX and UI design for the Norton WiFi Privacy App. Norton WiFi Privacy became the highest growing global VPN service since it's release a year ago with over 10 millions downloaded.

Norton Family Landing Page

As the lead designer for the Norton Family product, I worked on the REDESIGN of the new family.norton.com responsive landing page. I designed the wireframes, traffic funneling strategy, and e-commerce flow. The final MODERN DESIGN result is 42% increase in overall conversion rate. 

Norton Family Android App

I created and re-organized the Norton Family Android App flow to include a new in-app browser. I provided the user flow, user interface, and visual design. I worked directly with the Project Manager and 3 development teams to complete the project. I also worked on LEADING the Norton Family SaaS project for the Norton Cloud Connect portal that function as a central hub for all Norton products.

Norton Security Mac

As design lead for the Norton Security Mac product, I updated the user flow to include the NEW "Clean" feature.  I collaborated with over 30 developers on various teams to refresh the desktop application with new icons, and a flatter modern UI.  Our team uses Agile / Scrum method, project management on Confluence, JIRA, and Slack for daily communication.  I also mocked up User Journey Mapping for different scenarios and use cases.
